Are part of The London Borough of Bromley which is the largest borough in Greater London. Penge and Anerley have plenty of pubs, restaurants and takeaways including Indian, Chinese, English, Turkish and many more around the area.
There are several parks with Crystal Palace close by which is home to the famous sports complex. Open air concerts are held in the park in the summer.

Travel
There are three B.R Stations with routes to Croydon, Bromley, Beckenham and both London Bridge and Victoria. London is approx. 20 mins away and trains are frequent especially during rush hours.
Amenities
Penge High Street has several banks and building society's, Sainsburys, Homebase, Woolworth, Boots, MacDonalds and a variety of other retailers. Maple Road hosts an outdoor market several days a week .Penge and Anerley have plenty of pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

The High Street has many major retailers including SavaCentre, and several interesting specialist shops including antique and bric-a-brac. There are several pubs, a club and lots of restaurants catering for all tastes.

Crystal Palace
Famous for the Crystal Palace which was constructed in 1852/54 and subsequently destroyed by fire. Crystal Palace Park houses a national sports complex and will be undergoing major refurbishment over the next few years. The park hosts many outdoor concerts during the summer months.
Travel
There is a B.R. station with regular trains to London Victoria and Clapham Junction where you can change trains to many destinations.
Amenities
The High Street has all the usual banks and building societies with many major retailers. There is a wide variety of restaurants, wine bars and pubs for all ages.

Beckenham
Is part of the London Borough of Bromley which is the largest borough in Greater London. The High Street boasts an enormous range of restaurants, pubs and take-aways, a three screen Cinema and a variety of retail outlets.
Travel
There are five B.R. stations with regular services to Croydon, Bromley as well as frequent services to London Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge and Charing Cross. Beckenham Junction also hosts a tram link to Wimbledon via East Croydon. Journey time to East Croydon approx. 20 mins. Regular bus services to Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham and Central London.

Amenities
Beckenham has a large sports complex with swimming pools and gym. There are several private golf clubs and one of Britain's largest public courses at Beckenham Place Park.
